Thank you for choosing Restmore Inn for your stay. We are open year-round and delighted to welcome guests from across the country to enjoy the stunning Black Hills.

Reservation Requirements

  • Booking: Reservations can be made through our website or by calling our office at (605) 574-2593 or (605) 517-1567.
  • Stay and Guest Limits: Ensure that your length of stay and number of guests comply with our requirements.

Policies

  • Non-Smoking and No Pets: All cabins and rooms are non-smoking and pet-free.
  • Check-In: A valid ID and credit card are required. Check-in time is from 4:30 PM to 10 PM.
  • Check-Out: Check-out is before 11 a.m. There is a $25 charge for lost keys.
  • Occupancy: A $10/person/night cleaning charge applies for extra guests beyond the base number. Notify us of any changes in guest numbers one day before check-in. Undeclared extra occupants will incur a $20/person/night charge. Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent units. No RVs or tents are allowed.
  • Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages and will be charged accordingly.

Reservation Deposit

  • An advance payment of 50% of the total is required at the time of reservation.
  • Reservations made within 14 days of check-in require full payment at the time of booking.
  • The advance payment is not a damage deposit.
  • Payment can be made by check or credit card. A $25 fee applies to returned checks.

Remaining Balance

  • The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival. For Sturgis Rally reservations, the balance is due by May 1st.
  • Send payments to Restmore Inn at PO Box 335, Hill City, SD 57745. If you are not contacted for the final payment, the balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Cancellations

  • Standard Reservations: Two-week cancellation policy.
  • Group Reservations: One-month cancellation policy for groups booking two or more cabins/rooms.
  • All cancellations are subject to a 10% handling fee or $35, whichever is greater.
  • Cancellations made after the balance due date will be refunded only if the cabin/room is re-rented. The refund amount depends on the number of nights re-rented.
  • During the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and holidays, deposits are non-refundable, and reservations cannot be rescheduled. Early departures do not qualify for refunds.
  • Reservations can be rescheduled once, at least two weeks before check-in, subject to availability.

Storm Policy/Road Conditions

  • No refunds for storms, bad weather, or road conditions. However, reservations may be rescheduled.
  • Mountain roads can be steep and curvy. Gravel drives are maintained, but four-wheel drives and/or chains are recommended during snowy months.
